One-to-One Support for Your Journey

 Grief is deeply personal. No two experiences are the same, and sometimes what we need most is a safe space to talk openly, without judgment. GrieveWell’s one-to-one coaching sessions are designed to meet you where you are, offering gentle guidance and practical tools to help you navigate loss. 

The 6-Week Program

Our coaching begins with an initial six-week journey. This program is designed to give you both structure and flexibility as you move through grief.

  • Processing the loss: Space to explore your feelings, honor your memories, and work through the pain of loss.
  • Looking forward: Gentle guidance to begin imagining how life can grow around grief, with practical strategies for resilience.
  • Blending approaches: A mix of counselling-style reflection and coaching-style forward movement, so you feel supported both in the present and in the future.
  • Flexibility after six weeks: Continue with ongoing sessions if you wish, or take what you’ve learned forward at your own pace.

Ongoing Support Between Sessions

Support doesn’t end when the session finishes. At GrieveWell, you’ll have access to WhatsApp contact between sessions, so you can reach out on the tough days, ask questions, or simply share how you’re feeling.


  • Check-ins: A quick message when you need reassurance.
  • Guidance: Answers to questions that arise between sessions.
  • Companionship: Knowing someone is there for you, even outside the scheduled time.


This ongoing connection ensures you never feel left alone with your grief.

How Coaching Differs from Counselling

It’s natural to wonder how grief coaching compares to traditional counselling.


  • Counselling often focuses on exploring the past, processing emotions, and working through trauma with a therapeutic framework.
  • Grief Coaching combines elements of that reflection with a forward-looking approach. In our six-week program, we honor your grief while also helping you find practical ways to live alongside it, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels meaningful again.

Think of it as a bridge: counselling helps you understand and process, while coaching helps you rebuild and reimagine. At GrieveWell, we bring both together.

How Sessions Work

  • Format: Online sessions available anywhere in the UK.
  • Length: Typically 60 minutes.
  • Frequency: Weekly for six weeks, then flexible ongoing support.
  • Approach: Gentle, non-directive, tailored to your unique journey.
  • Between sessions: WhatsApp contact for questions, reflections, or support on difficult days.

  • Six-week program: £360 (six weekly sessions, plus WhatsApp support between sessions)
  • Ongoing sessions: £50 per session
