The 6-Week Program

Our coaching begins with a gentle, structured six-week program designed to give you both the space to grieve and the tools to move forward.


  • Honouring the Past: A safe space to explore your feelings, process the pain of loss, and honour your most precious memories.


  • Navigating the Present: Practical strategies for managing daily triggers and finding resilience in the "now.


  • Imagining the Future: Gentle guidance to help you begin rediscovering who you are and how life can grow around your grief.


  • Ongoing Flexibility: After six weeks, you can choose to continue with flexible ongoing sessions or carry your new tools forward at your own pace.

Ongoing Support Between Sessions

Support doesn’t end when the session finishes. At GrieveWell, you’ll have access to WhatsApp contact between sessions, so you can reach out on the tough days, ask questions, or simply share how you’re feeling.


• Check-ins: A quick message when you need reassurance.
• Guidance: Answers to questions that arise between sessions.
• Companionship: Knowing someone is there for you, even outside the scheduled time.

How Sessions Work

• Format: Online sessions available anywhere in the UK.
• Length: Typically 60 minutes.
• Frequency: Weekly for six weeks, then flexible ongoing support.
• Approach: Gentle, non-directive, tailored to your unique journey.
• Between sessions: WhatsApp contact for questions, reflections, or support on difficult days
