What to Expect in Life Coaching

Clarity: Support in identifying what matters most to you now, especially during times of grief. Direction: Guidance in setting gentle, achievable goals that feel aligned with your values, fostering personal development. Resilience: Tools to help you navigate challenges and build confidence in your next steps. Integration: Acknowledging your grief while exploring how life can grow around it.

The Coaching Journey

Many people begin with an initial six-week grief support program, allowing time to explore both the impact of grief and the possibilities for personal development in the future. 


Processing the present: Space to reflect on how grief has changed your life. 

Looking ahead: Gentle encouragement to imagine new goals and pathways for personal development. 

Blending approaches: A mix of reflection and forward movement, so you feel supported both emotionally and practically. 

Flexibility after six weeks: Continue with ongoing grief support sessions if you wish, or take what you’ve learned forward independently.

Ongoing Support Between Sessions

Life coaching extends beyond scheduled sessions. You'll have access to WhatsApp contact between meetings for grief support, allowing you to reach out on challenging days, ask questions about personal development, or share your progress. 


Check-ins: Encouragement and reassurance when you need it most. 

Guidance: Answers to questions that arise between sessions. 

Companionship: Knowing someone is there for you, even outside the scheduled time.

How Life Coaching Differs from Grief Coaching

While grief coaching provides essential grief support by helping you process loss and find resilience, life coaching focuses on personal development, guiding you to rediscover purpose and direction beyond grief. Grief coaching aids in honoring and navigating the pain of loss, while life coaching encourages you to explore who you are now, what you want, and how to move forward. Together, they create a holistic journey: honoring grief while opening space for growth.

How Sessions Work

Format: Online sessions available anywhere in the UK for grief support. Length: Typically 60 minutes. Frequency: Weekly for six weeks, then flexible ongoing support for your personal development. Approach: Gentle, non-directive, tailored to your unique journey. Between sessions: WhatsApp contact for questions, reflections, or support on difficult days.

Investment in Your Journey

Rediscovering purpose is an investment in yourself, supported with care and flexibility, especially during times of grief. This personal development journey can help you navigate through challenging emotions. 


Six-week program: £360 (six weekly sessions, plus WhatsApp support between sessions) 

Ongoing sessions: £65 per session
