14 Days to find your footing
Some days grief doesn't just hurt. It empties everything out.
The people around you carry on, and you're left wondering how you're supposed to keep going when nothing feels like it means what it used to.
If you are feeling stuck, exhausted, and entirely alone with your loss right now, this programme was built to give you a safe, practical place to land.
14 Days To Find Your Footing
Real teaching on what grief actually does to you, physically and emotionally, so what you're feeling finally makes sense. A simple, practical technique each day, something to hold onto when it gets heavy. And a question to sit with, with space to write.
You don't have to find your way through this on your own anymore.
There are two ways to do it.
Neither is the better version. It depends on what you have room for right now.
This is for you if you've been carrying this completely alone, and some days you're not even sure how you're still standing.
It's for the exhaustion that doesn't make sense to anyone who hasn't lived it. For not recognising who you are anymore. For the waves that come from nowhere and knock the ground out from under you. For the quiet, heavy feeling that life has lost its shape.
Wherever you're standing right now, however dark it's felt, this meets you exactly there.
You don't need to have any of it figured out first. You just need to take the first step.
Take part fully, or read quietly in the background. Both are completely fine.
Suggested contribution £15. Next programme begins 13th September.
