An eight-week programme to answer the question: Who am I now?
From the outside, you're doing well. You're getting up, going to work, keeping things going.
Inside, you're not sure who you are anymore. You feel flat, changed, on autopilot. Existing rather than living.
When someone central to your life dies, it feels like part of you gets lost in grief. Your laugh. Your confidence. The things you used to love.
It isn't gone. It's still there, underneath.
If you've started asking "who am I now?", you're not stuck. You're ready.
Not the old you. Not a new you. You, with them carried inside.
If you've started asking "who am I now?",
you're not stuck. You're ready.
Find Yourself Again is an eight-week programme for a small group of people asking the same question: Who am I now?
And it isn't about moving on from them. It's about moving forward with them.
This programme is for you if:
Who it isn't for yet
If your loss is very recent, or getting through each day is still a struggle, my six-week Grief Support Groups or one-to-one coaching will serve you better for now.
If you're not sure which is right for you, that's exactly what the Grief Connection Call is for.
What your loss has written into you
Grief changes people. Most of us feel it long before we can put it into words.
In the first weeks, you'll look honestly at how your loss has changed you. What it has cost. What went with them: the roles, the routines, the parts of your story they held. And what remains, underneath it all.
You'll have words for what you've been feeling, and a clearer picture of who you are underneath it.
Release the burden, not the person.
Most grieving people carry more than their grief. The guilt about what they did or didn't do. The endless "if only". The fear of forgetting them, or of being happy again.
In the middle weeks, you'll put that weight down. You'll write the things you never got to say, look at the guilt honestly in a room where nobody judges you, and use practical tools to let it go.
Not the person you love. You'll carry them with you all the way through.
The life you have, and the person you really are
Grief has been writing your story. This is where you pick up the pen.
In the final weeks, you'll reclaim the parts of yourself that got lost: your laugh, your confidence, the things you used to love. You'll discover what matters to you now, and give yourself permission to enjoy life again.
Then you'll write the next chapter of your story, and take the first steps towards living it.
You'll also find ways to keep them close as you move forward.
Not only in memories, but in how you live: the things they taught you, the way they saw you, the traditions you carry on.
Living well becomes one of the ways you honour them.
By the end of the eight weeks, you'll:
• Understand how your loss has changed you
• Have set down some of the weight you've been carrying
• Have found ways to keep them close as you move forward
• Have a group of people who truly understand
You'll leave knowing where you stand, who you are now, and how you want to live from here.
There are eight weekly sessions and a private WhatsApp group.
Each session is a space to think, to talk, and to stay with whatever comes up. I'll share teaching that helps you make sense of what you're feeling, guide you through a reflective practice or meditation, and give you time to share with the group.
The work carries on between sessions too. Each week, you'll leave with something to do before the next one: a reflection to write, or a practice to try in your everyday life. That's where much of the change happens, and I'll be there to support you through it.
